John is a stand-up comedian who has enjoyed sell-out nights at the Edinburgh Festival as well as sharing a stage at the Comedy Store with John Bishop.  

John’s blog tells witty and often poignant stories about being a dad raising an autistic son.  He has presented an episode of Four Thought on BBC Radio 4 and addressed the National Autistic Society’s annual conference.

John’s first book, My Son’s Not Rainman, based on his blog of the same name was published by Michael O’Mara. John is now working on his first novel.
