Dame Jenni Murray
Journalist and broadcaster, Jenni is the unmistakeable voice of BBC Radio 4’s Woman’s Hour. In 2017 she will celebrate 30 years of presenting this flagship women’s programme.
Jenni is a frequent columnist for newspapers and magazines including the Daily Mail and Good Housekeeping and has written several books including Is It Me Or Is It Hot In Here(Random House) and My Boy Butch(HarperCollins).
Her moving autobiography Memoirs of a Not So Dutiful Daughter (Transworld) became hugely popular.
Jenni’s latest book, A History of Britain in 21 Women, is now available in paperback from Oneworld. Her follow up, A History of the World in 21 Women, will be published next year.
